Overview

As our dedicated sales and marketing professional, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to generate and convert high-value leads for our international moving and storage services. You will be a key member of our leadership team, building the sales function from the ground up and directly contributing to the company's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel sales and marketing strategy focused on international relocation and storage services.
  • Build and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with corporate clients, real estate agencies, and other potential referral partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Analyze sales performance and marketing ROI to continuously refine strategy.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget and report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or a related service-based industry in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is required.
