Job description

The Sales Manager is required to enter all sales activity into Salesforce.com (SFDC):

  • Whitespace

  • Call and Meeting Notes

Prospect activity

As JAGGAER qualifies an opportunity and pursues it through its lifecycle, the Sales Manager must systematically update the opportunity record with current information regarding sales stage, key dates, deal size, and so on.

Solution Development

He/She will contribute to the development of solutions proposed for prospects, assist in identifying the customer's Return on Investment, gather information for the services Statement of Work, and create solution maps for customers.

Land and expand solutions

As JAGGAER develops solutions for an account, the Sales Manager must articulate questions that explain the value proposition, pricing, and competition, positioning JAGGAER solutions strategically to differentiate from competitors.

Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Administration / Science is required.
  • Prior experience selling into named accounts in Mid-market & corporate segments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of success selling complex SaaS software solutions.
  • Experience in meeting/exceeding quotas selling procurement solutions.
  • Active prospecting skills for new sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and procurement solutions and technology.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, account/territory planning, and solution selling.
  • Ownership of all sales process facets.
Personal Attributes
  • Ambition to close deals.
  • Ability to build credible business value propositions at multiple levels (e.g., CFO, VP of Supply Chain).
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Dubai, UAE, with the ability to travel up to 50% within UAE.
