A leading company in the media and production industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in the UAE. The role involves building relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales cycle. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong interpersonal and strategic skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. • Drive business growth by promoting media and production services. • Lead regional sales operations in line with company strategy. • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. • Establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions. • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and brand integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the media, advertising, or production industry. • Strong understanding of the UAE and wider GCC market dynamics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Self-motivated with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
