Sales Manager

As a manager, your role is to manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage the overall operations of the showroom. The role involves strategic planning, staff training, inventory management, and maintaining a visually appealing showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
2. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, preparing reports for upper management.
3. Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate staff and introduce new products.
4. Create schedules and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
5. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
6. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
7. Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance customer interactions.
8. Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that the showroom is well-stocked with popular items.
9. Collaborate with the design team regarding client requirements.
10. Monitor product sales to inform inventory decisions.
11. Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal by arranging furniture displays effectively.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
13. Organize promotional events or sales to draw in customers.
14. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. 5+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in furniture or retail industries.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software.
6. Arabic Language is a plus.
7. Must be able to reliably commute to work.
