In this individual contributor role, you will manage the full sales cycle and build strong relationships with clients and brokers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, a bachelor's degree, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the UAE property market is essential.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive off-plan property sales and build strong relationships with clients and brokers. This is an individual contributor role focused on generating revenue, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record in Dubai’s real estate market and a passion for property sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Grid Properties’ sales strategy and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for off-plan residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct clients, brokers, and investor networks.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into successful sales.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with internal teams for seamless handover and post-sale service.
  • Represent Grid Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan developments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer profiles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic, Russian or any European language) is highly desirable.
