Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Leisure and Europe to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts in the leisure sector, focusing on European markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales leadership to drive growth and expand our market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the leisure sector in European markets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the leisure industry
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and materials
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications
