Conduct market assessment and analyze the current business and partners in the area, identify stakeholders and partners for future business.
Develop Home & Building Automation (H&BA) by establishing relationships with main stakeholders, including system integrators, H&BA distributors, contractors, specifiers, and end-users.
Business development and new client acquisition through market follow-up, competition analysis, and product pricing.
Create a baseline to enable participation in projects across different verticals (residential, hospitality, commercial, office, etc.).
Generate sales and drive annual targets with a strong value proposition that meets customer requirements.
Promote technical, educational, and commercial assistance to customers, ensuring a consulting service.
Manage the technical value proposition on project business and support customers with technical aspects of products/solutions.
Drive ThinKNX sales in the HGR cluster and create synergies between other business units within Gewiss while identifying and participating in projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Consultancy approach and experience in the building project business.
Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, and/or networks ideally supplemented by commercial training or experience.
Knowledge of the building automation market and solutions, focusing on integration software segment, standard (KNX), and proprietary protocols on wired and wireless technologies.
