Position

Sales Manager – Middle East

Location: Dubai • On-Site

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive spare parts sales, a deep understanding of the ME market, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Corteco’s presence in the Middle East.
  • Identify and engage with key distributors, workshops, and partners in the region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product management, logistics, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Represent Corteco at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the automotive aftermarket sector.
  • Proven track record of success in the Middle East market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
