Overview

Lead business development in the FMCG sector, manage sales operations, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth with strong negotiation skills and an engineering background. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing teams, and coordinating with partners across industries including signage and outdoor advertising, healthcare, IT, EdTech, real estate, and more in the UAE and internationally where applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and sales strategy development across assigned sectors.
  • Manage sales operations, teams, channels (distributor, retail, and direct), and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and optimize partnerships, negotiate high-value deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and drive growth.
  • Coach and develop sales teams, monitor pipelines, and ensure timely order execution and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand service offerings (e.g., IT staffing, EdTech, healthcare, FMCG) as appropriate to the role.
Qualifications
  • Experience in business development or sales leadership; industry experience in FMCG, IT, EdTech, healthcare, real estate, or logistics is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Engineering background preferred or relevant technical understanding to support product/service discussions.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel sales across regions (e.g., UAE—Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi—and other markets).
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
