Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets including the Middle East.
- Meet with customers both locally and internationally to understand requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
- Drive sales of automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related industrial supplies.
- Generate inquiries through outbound efforts, follow-ups, and customer visits.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on offers, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering exceptional support and consistent communication.
- Manage and monitor sales support staff.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to support pricing strategies and new product suggestions.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor meetings to promote products and services.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of sales/business development experience in trading, export, or industrial supply environments.
- Proven ability to generate sales and manage B2B customer relationships.
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trading practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
