Job summary

TCL is seeking a well-organized and motivated HVAC Sales Specialist in Dubai to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives. This role involves creating sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing new product launches. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with extensive experience in HVAC presales and sales. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position, alongside the ability to foster robust relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience, proven work experience in HVAC presales, sales or business development.
  • Strong knowledge in VRF Systems, and understanding of principles of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills.

Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Creating Commercial-AC sales strategy and expand sales channels
  • Following up Business Opportunities’ (BO) & Win Projects’ rollout plan
  • Collecting realistic sales forecast from the customers
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products / services
  • Supporting spec-in activities with 1st Tier & 2nd tier customers (contractors, MEPs) and consultants
  • Management of new product launches, pricing, market sensing, new regulations etc.
  • Channel by channel sell-out management for LCAC & HVAC.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience, proven work experience in HVAC presales, sales or business development
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Strong knowledge in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Able to foster relationships with internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in English, with a willingness to be stationed in Dubai.
