Responsibilities
- Creating Commercial-AC sales strategy and expand sales channels
- Following up Business Opportunities’ (BO) & Win Projects’ rollout plan
- Collecting realistic sales forecast from the customers
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products / services
- Supporting spec-in activities with 1st Tier & 2nd tier customers (contractors, MEPs) and consultants
- Management of new product launches, pricing, market sensing, new regulations etc.
- Channel by channel sell-out management for LCAC & HVAC.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience, proven work experience in HVAC presales, sales or business development
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Strong knowledge in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating
- Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Able to foster relationships with internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
- Proficient in English, with a willingness to be stationed in Dubai.
