Sunshine Real Estate is hiring a high-paying Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing professional advice and recommendations.
- Develop appropriate property pricing and transaction plans based on market conditions and legal requirements.
- Market and promote real estate through online platforms, advertising, and social media channels.
- Arrange property visits and accompany clients during viewings.
- Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents independently.
- Coordinate property inspection, evaluation, and investigation processes.
- Guide and support clients throughout the purchasing, selling, or leasing process.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and conditions in Dubai.
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Provide professional real estate training and support for new employees.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in direct sales within the real estate industry.
- Possession of their own team is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market or pre-sale property sales.
- Successful record in pre-sale property sales in Dubai is preferred.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills; bilingual/multilingual abilities (e.g., Persian, Chinese, European languages) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market.
- UAE driver's license required.
Work Location:
Business Bay, Dubai Business Port.
Compensation:
Basic salary plus high commission, bonuses, and team commissions.
