POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing B2B relationships with schools, corporates, government institutions, and community organizations to drive group visitation to OliOli . This is a strategic, results-oriented role that requires creativity, ownership, and initiative to meet and exceed visitation targets.
The Sales Manager will have a Sales Administrator as a direct report and will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy. This includes creating an annual plan with clear targets, a supporting marketing and events calendar (e.g., Educators Day, email campaigns), and a robust outreach approach to engage target audiences.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own the annual sales plan, outlining clear targets and initiatives to achieve group visitation goals, supported by a calendar of marketing and outreach activities.
- Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporates, government institutions, and other community partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of group visits.
- Lead and support the Sales Administrator to ensure timely communication, operational efficiency, and a positive booking experience for all clients.
- Act as the internal owner of the field trips product, proactively gathering teachers feedback and collaborating with the programming team to enhance offerings as needed.
- Continuously seek and implement creative, strategic approaches to achieving sales goals, including partnerships, tailored promotions, and targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective, clear communication between external clients (educators and coordinators) and internal teams to guarantee the smooth execution of every field trip.
- Analyze sales performance and campaign results to guide future planning and continuous improvement.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry gatherings with a view to furthering OliOli objectives
- Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli brand
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first centric culture
- Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of our objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education, events, hospitality, or attractions sectors
- Experience developing and executing annual sales plans and marketing campaigns
- Strategic and creative thinker, with a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and inform decision-making (optional)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintaining accurate client records (optional)
- Experience working with educational institutions, government bodies, or corporates in a client-facing role (optional)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; Arabic is a plus
- Passion for education, creativity, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- College degree is required.
