Sales Manager for a Growing Company in El-Ain, Egypt

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in El-Ain, Egypt. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategies and activities of our company to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, building relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the Nepali market is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  5. Set sales goals and monitor performance against targets
  6. Train new team members on company products/services and sales techniques
  7. Prepare detailed reports on sales activity, revenue performance, and market trends
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  5. Knowledge of Nepali market trends is preferred but not required
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  7. Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month (plus commission)

Location: El-Ain, Egypt
