Job Description

Job Overview:

Housekeeping Co. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and support the Call Center Sales team, ensuring high performance in managing inbound sales inquiries and lead conversion. This role focuses on overseeing call center agents, optimizing sales processes, and improving lead management strategies to enhance revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in call center sales, lead tracking, CRM management, and team leadership, with a strong ability to train, motivate, and develop call center sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Center Sales Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of call center sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily inbound calls, WhatsApp Business inquiries, and CRM leads to optimize performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs for call center agents.

Sales Process & Lead Management:

  • Ensure all inbound leads from CRM, website, and WhatsApp Business are handled efficiently.
  • Track and monitor lead follow-ups, customer interactions, and deal closures.
  • Implement effective call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality sales conversations and customer engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Analyze call center sales data, conversion rates, and agent performance metrics.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and improvement areas.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA response times and customer service quality standards.

Customer Experience & Satisfaction:

  • Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure the team maintains a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to improve service offerings.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a call center sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams, handling inbound leads, and improving call center performance.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong sales, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking, and WhatsApp Business sales management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and develop sales agents to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Work Ethic:

  • Target-driven, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
