Job description

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay at Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels. You are professional and knowledgeable about your hotel, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.

What you will be doing:

  1. Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  2. Conducts daily sales calls and arranges familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  3. Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate.
  4. Participates in weekly sales & marketing meetings.
  5. Promotes and forwards sales leads for other Accor hotels.
  6. Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices, and seal contracts.
  7. Participates in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events.
  8. Maintains accounts contact activity and business details.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant sales experience in hotels in Abu Dhabi.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
