Job summary

Leading Trading Company in the UAE is seeking a Sales Manager – Electrical Products to own a newly launched electrical products division within an established trading business. You will drive growth across the UAE and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales in electrical products and strong UAE/GCC market exposure, with a proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts. UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in electrical products.

• Proven success in winning new business and developing key accounts.
• Self-driven and comfortable building a new business, owning targets independently.
• Electrical Engineering qualification preferred; UAE Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the electrical products business across the UAE.
• Identify and win new customers across industrial, EPC, contracting, marine and facilities management sectors.
• Develop relationships with procurement teams, engineers, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Build a supplier and manufacturer network and negotiate competitive terms.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order closure and collections.
• Coordinate with estimation, sourcing and procurement to deliver competitive solutions and quotations.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and own revenue, margins, forecasts and collections.
• Identify new project opportunities and monitor market pricing, competitors and demand.
• Advise on product range and stocking requirements based on market demand.
• Build and lead the sales team as the division scales.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the electrical products business across the UAE.
• Identify and win new customers across industrial, EPC, contracting, marine and facilities management sectors.
• Develop strong relationships with procurement teams, engineers, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Build a reliable supplier and manufacturer network and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
• Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and technical discussions through quotation, negotiation, order closure and collections.
• Work closely with the internal estimation, sourcing and procurement teams to deliver competitive solutions and quotations.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and take ownership of revenue, margins, forecasts and collections.
• Identify new project opportunities and monitor market pricing, competitors and customer demand.
• Advise on product range and stocking requirements based on market demand.
• Build and lead the sales team as the division scales.

Requirements

• 5+ year's B2B sales experience in electrical products, with strong UAE/GCC market exposure.
• Strong understanding of electrical products including switchgear, cables, panel components, lighting, ELV and automation.
• Proven success in winning new business and developing key accounts, ideally with an existing UAE/GCC network.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of pricing, margins and payment terms.
• Self-driven and comfortable building a new business, managing the sales pipeline and owning targets independently.
• Electrical Engineering qualification preferred; UAE Driving Licence required.
