️Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
️Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in Abu Dhabi/ UAE.
️Oversee client relationship management and ensure high customer satisfaction.
️Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
️Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to support sales processes.
️Train, mentor, and evaluate sales agents for performance improvement.
️Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
️Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong background in managing sales teams (any industry)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to drive results while supporting and inspiring your team
Proficient in English and Arabic, additional language is a plus
Ready to join immediately in Abu Dhabi
