We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our GEIS team in the UAE. The role involves specifying and selling Crouse Hinds & B line products into both the industrial and oil & gas segments in the UAE, along with end user mapping and conducting seminars and product presentations.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage UAE OEM + distributors market, Greenfield & Brownfield Projects, and System integrators for Crouse Hinds & B line in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, following up on project opportunities.
  2. Work closely with distributors, map brownfield projects, and drive design specifications with end users and contractors, including LED and GRP/SS solutions.
  3. Drive installation audits for LED conversions and MRO requirements, providing basic engineering support to qualify opportunities.
  4. Handle customer inquiries technically and commercially from receipt to order conversion, effectively managing distributor activities.
  5. Ensure on-time technical and commercial support for opportunities to facilitate order conversions.
  6. Review distributor stock levels regularly to meet MRO requirements.
  7. Maintain distribution tracking sheets monthly.
  8. Evaluate customer offers, including technical and commercial terms.
  9. Review technical specifications and BOQ to determine suitable product offerings.
  10. Leverage Eaton's cross-selling opportunities to maximize product coverage.
  11. Map OEMs and deliver product presentations periodically.
  12. Manage order execution to meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  13. Achieve team and individual profit and target goals quarterly for annual success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience selling electrical products, preferably in the Oil & Gas segment in UAE.
Skills
  • Technical knowledge as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
