Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and strategic Pre - Sales Manager to lead the growth of our AI-powered solutions across key markets. This role combines hands-on sales execution with client relationship management and market expansion. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, shaping go-to-market strategy, and helping organizations unlock the full potential of AI in their workflows.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our AI productivity suite.
  • Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, workflows, and desired outcomes.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demos, solution overviews, and proof-of-concepts to illustrate how our AI solutions solve real-world problems.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and ensure continuous improvement of solution offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of B2B sales/pre-sales experience, in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and enterprise software (experience selling AI solutions is a big plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business value.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
