Job Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies and set goals.
  • Generate leads and reach out to prospects.
  • Contact customers and potential customers via calls, emails, and in person.
  • Handle and resolve client queries and complaints.
  • Prepare and draft proposals and quotes.
  • Manage the sales process using specific sales software.
  • Create and maintain customer relationship management data.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting, evaluating industry position, and analyzing sales options.
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and benchmarking.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Must have extensive experience and existing relationships with architects, interior designers, and project owners in GCC countries.
  • Experience in specifying interior materials is required.
