Job Scope:

The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting the company and its products/services through a well-defined strategy and strong partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned country. They work to optimize sales volumes, acquire new partnerships, and coordinate marketing programs and activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Define the sales strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line.
  • Establish sales budgets and targets, and communicate them to the team.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify market requirements for current and future products/services through market research and customer visits.
  • Research, identify, and recruit potential partners in the assigned country.
  • Lead vendor relations aligned with company management and strategy.
  • Ensure proper inventory storage, tracking, and control through an effective stock management system.
  • Develop strong relationships with top partners in the country.
  • Build and maintain a customer database, analyze data, and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and opportunities.
  • Engage with channel partners, respond to queries, and meet customer needs effectively.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business goals.
  • Promote the company and its products/services within the region.
  • Utilize systems like Salesforce CRM for lead, opportunity, and deal management to enhance efficiency.
Talent Development
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering empowerment and ownership.
  • Develop team capabilities and establish a succession plan.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.
Qualifications
