The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor and support a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow property listings and close deals
  • Set individual and team performance goals; monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback
  • Recruit, train and onboard new agents to strengthen the sales force
  • Oversee property listings, marketing efforts, client presentations, and negotiations
  • Ensure agents comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle high-value transactions as needed
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management
The Profile

Requirements : Visa : Own Visa

  • Proven experience as a sales manager; minimum of 3 years in Real Estate
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, trends and laws
  • Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate or a related field (preferred)
