- Responsible for creating his team’s sales plan to achieve the sales target;
- Responsible for evaluating his sales team;
- Responsible for monitoring the performance indicators of his team;
- Responsible for the technical follow-up of his sales team during the sales stages (calls, transfer rates, visits, reservations, contracts - promoting sales with existing customers) and assisting in closing deals with the sales team;
- Responsible for managing, following up, and submitting detailed reports on visits and sales from other branches and following up with the Sales Operation Manager daily;
- Responsible for participating in the selection of his sales team members (initial interview with HR, interview with Sales Manager, final interview with Sales Director);
- Responsible for submitting periodic reports to top management on the performance of his sales team and sales targets;
- Responsible for reviewing all documents related to contracts and ensuring they are uploaded to the system upon contract completion;
- Responsible for following up with the Sales Director on the daily plans of each team member;
- Responsible for managing and distributing new and old leads to colleagues in the sales team;
- Considering suggestions made by the sales department team, submitting them to top management.
