We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team at SquareOne Technologies! The role involves supporting clients and managing software solution sales activities.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve the assigned sales target for the internal low code unit and vendor targets.
  2. Collaborate with other sales account managers to meet regional targets.
  3. Develop a clear understanding of IT software products, business models, customer marketplaces, and organizational structure.
  4. Set sales priorities and strategies to achieve objectives, leveraging relationships to open new business opportunities.
  5. Manage a team of senior contributors responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing client relationships across the region.
  6. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to senior management, monitoring sales activity and results.
  7. Forecast recurring revenue pipelines and incremental bookings.
  8. Balance sales opportunities, client management, and onboarding responsibilities innovatively.
  9. Maintain close relationships with clients and develop best practices for the team.
  10. Share market insights with product and marketing teams based on client needs.
  11. Take on additional initiatives to help achieve company objectives.
  12. Manage vendor relationships effectively.
  13. Identify solutions that complement the current low-code offerings.
  14. Collaborate with local and regional sales teams to advance low-code opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should Have:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience selling software solutions in UAE.
  • Experience with low-code platforms like Mendix, Outsystems, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, or ECM platforms such as OpenText, Hyland, FileNet, and others.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and metrics.
  • Experience selling IT solutions in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Background in enterprise software solutions.
