Sales Logistics Coordinator

Ruskin Titus Gulf is looking for a motivated, energetic, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Logistics and Sales Coordinator. If you have customer service experience and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.

What you will do: This role is a pivotal position working with both Sales & Operations teams to facilitate efficient order processing and fulfillment while providing additional customer management and support.

How you will do it:

• Receive Sales/work orders from the sales dept., process them to the production team for planning & scheduling deliveries, and prepare & update Orders' Planned Production/Dispatch reports.
• Follow up with the Sales team, clients, Forwarders, & Customs clearance agents for deliveries locally and outside the country; prepare shipping documents & related certificates.
• Report Production/Delivery service levels periodically.
• Prepare the Measurement reports for scoring quality level “ISO 9001”.
• Assist whenever needed with extra requirements/tasks from all departments: Sales, Purchase/Logistics, Operations/Production & the Group top Management.
• Prepare the company's official applications and documentation for civil defense and other government authorities.
• Prepare operation reports as requested (service tracker, planning control sheet, Monthly Measurement identification sheet).

Education and skills:

• University degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of a minimum of 40 words per minute.
