Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor agent listings and ensure properties are clearly visible on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubbizzle.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and leasing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee the entire sales and leasing process, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on team performance, market trends, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the Dubai secondary real estate market.
  • Strong background in both sales and leasing of residential properties.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
