Role : Business Development manager / Sales Leader

Position Overview : As the Sales Leader for the GCC region, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base. This role requires a hands-on approach to leading a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for senior management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader or in a similar role, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and market dynamics in the GCC region.
  • Ability to travel within the GCC region as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in sales within the GCC market.
  • Fluency in [Arabic language / other relevant languages] is a plus.
