Work Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

About the Role

As a Lead Qualifier and Validator, you will play a key role in identifying high-value prospects, validating potential clients, and shaping pipeline strategy. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads an essential partner to the sales team in turning conversations into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, landing pages, and paid channels
  • Understand each company's product or service offering and assess their fit with flagship healthcare event
  • Use structured criteria for the lead to confirm budget, authority, and timeline readiness
  • Record detailed lead notes and qualification scores in Salesforce for handover to the sales team
  • Flag high-potential new entrants, innovators, and regional growth companies for strategic follow-up.
  • Work with marketing to refine campaign targeting and lead filtering based on lead quality feedback
  • Support reactivation efforts with previously engaged or dormant leads in the system
  • Hit daily / weekly outreach goals, with a focus on contact quality and conversion to sales opportunity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially across phone and email
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals (CEOs, Marketing Directors, Product Leads)
  • Confident in asking qualifying questions and handling objections
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and CRM accuracy
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector or a willingness to learn quickly
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-led environment
  • Basic understanding of trade shows, exhibitions, or event marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare Landscape
  • Previous work with Salesforce or lead management systems
  • Experience in B2B exhibitions or events, especially in a sales or tele qualification role
