About the Role

As a Lead Qualifier and Validator, you will identify high-value prospects, validate potential clients, and shape pipeline strategy. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and a key partner to the sales team in converting conversations into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, landing pages, and paid channels
  • Understand each company's product or service offering and assess their fit with the flagship healthcare event
  • Use structured criteria to confirm budget, authority, and timeline readiness
  • Record detailed lead notes and qualification scores in Salesforce for handover to the sales team
  • Flag high-potential entrants, innovators, and regional growth companies for strategic follow-up
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaign targeting and lead filtering based on feedback
  • Support reactivation efforts with previously engaged or dormant leads
  • Achieve daily / weekly outreach goals, focusing on contact quality and conversion to sales opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone and email
  • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals (CEOs, Marketing Directors, Product Leads)
  • Confident in asking qualifying questions and handling objections
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and CRM accuracy
  • Familiarity with healthcare sector or quick learner
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of trade shows, exhibitions, or event marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare Landscape
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar lead management systems
  • Experience in B2B exhibitions or events, especially in sales or tele-qualification roles
