This role

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: 4-7 years in HVAC - OEM Sales (preferably with an HVAC/MEP maintenance company)

We are looking for a Sales Lead to execute not only sales activities in a designated area to achieve booking and revenue targets while maintaining desired levels of gross profit but it's great opportunity to lead a sales team.

Main Scope:

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve departmental sales objectives.
  • Improve customer penetration, secure new contracts, and increase AMC base.
  • Secure repair and retrofit jobs.
  • Analyze sales data to determine sales potential and customer preferences.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree OR 3-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC services or OEM company.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP software applications.
  • Understanding of customer service practices and market strategies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in HVAC services or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Good presentation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct techno-commercial negotiations and ensure finance approvals are met.
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts to understand gaps.
  • Track, analyze, and forecast sales figures and revenue.
  • Generate timely sales reports and gather market feedback for improvements.
