We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive our commercial growth, responsible for expanding our client base in B2B and B2C segments. Your strategic and sales expertise will be vital in strengthening our market presence and achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to boost bookings and revenue across markets.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, providing tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  4. Present Stella Stays’ offerings fluently in English and Arabic, engaging a diverse client base.
  5. Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with campaigns.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and generate performance reports.
  7. Exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
  8. Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Identify new business opportunities within hospitality and real estate sectors.
  10. Share market insights and client feedback for product development.
  11. Support internal training and team development initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related fields.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant discipline.
  3. Strong knowledge of local and regional markets.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building long-term partnerships.
  5. Fluency in English, Arabic, and Russian.
