Job Description:

Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious shopping destinations, is currently hiring Sales Associates to join its vibrant retail team. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with a passion for fashion, electronics, luxury goods, or general retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards across various brand outlets within the mall.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Manage stock levels, assist in stock replenishment and merchandising
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education & Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Retail, Marketing, or Business is a plus
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional appearance

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000
