Overview

Sales Helper - Van Distribution in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a Food and Beverages hiring opportunity focused on delivery support, product handling, loading assistance, van sales operations, and accurate distribution of everyday goods. This role supports GMG's Pre-Sales Egg Division by helping sales teams prepare, organize, load, unload, and deliver products safely and efficiently to clients across assigned delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading goods for daily van sales and client delivery operations.
Prepare products for delivery by arranging items carefully and following route or order requirements.
Handle products with care to reduce damage, breakage, misplacement, or delivery errors.
Organize goods systematically inside loading areas and delivery vehicles to support smooth unloading at client locations.
Work with sales staff to confirm that correct quantities are loaded according to order specifications.
Support the Sales Executive during deliveries by helping verify product counts and delivery accuracy.
Ensure goods are delivered in line with client requests, order details, and sales team instructions.
Report loading, unloading, shortage, damage, or delivery-related issues to the Sales Executive immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and order in loading areas, vehicle spaces, and product handling zones.
Check that pallets, carts, and basic handling equipment are available, clean, and in usable condition.
Follow basic safety, hygiene, and product handling practices during loading, unloading, and delivery support.
Assist in keeping delivery operations transparent by communicating any concerns or irregularities during product movement.
Support timely distribution by staying ready for route requirements, delivery schedules, and operational instructions.
Cooperate with sales and logistics teams to maintain efficient daily movement of goods from loading point to client delivery.

Ideal Profile

Previous experience as a helper, loader, delivery assistant, warehouse helper, van sales helper, or distribution support worker is an advantage.
Experience in food distribution, FMCG delivery, retail supply, or everyday goods handling is preferred.
Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail when counting, loading, arranging, and delivering products.
Able to follow instructions from the Sales Executive, Sales Supervisor, and delivery team.
Physically fit and able to support loading, unloading, lifting, organizing, and movement of goods during daily operations.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-moving delivery environment.
Careful approach to product handling, cleanliness, safety, and delivery accuracy.
Team-focused attitude with willingness to support sales staff and delivery operations.
Honest and responsible in reporting damages, shortages, delivery concerns, or operational issues.
