Position Summary

As Sales Head (Distribution), you will develop and execute the sales strategy for our distribution division. You’ll be responsible for meeting revenue targets, identifying new markets, and nurturing top-tier customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep industry expertise and a demonstrated ability to build and inspire successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and implement a cohesive sales strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and oversee expansion into targeted regions (e.g., GCC, Africa).
  • Key Account Management
  • Champion a “Key Account Manager” approach to deepen customer relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Implement robust CRM practices to optimize pipeline visibility and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team (distribution, B2B, and project-based).
  • Establish clear KPIs and OKRs to measure performance and accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Market & Business Development
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging market needs to adjust product / brand positioning.
  • Negotiate major deals and partnerships that reinforce our market leadership.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Recommend investments in training and technology to maintain competitive agility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align brand messaging and promotional strategies with sales objectives.
  • Work closely with Product / Technical teams to stay current on product updates and differentiate our offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience in distribution in the UAE and GCC or Africa
  • Experience within Professional Audio, PA Systems, Musical Instruments or related industries is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue targets and driving market expansion (GCC / Africa experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced CRM usage and proficiency in sales analytics / reporting.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Strategic Vision : Ability to set and drive long-term goals.
  • Data-Driven : Skilled at interpreting sales metrics and KPI insights.
  • Leadership : Inspires teams and nurtures professional growth.
  • Execution-Focused : Maintains disciplined follow-through on plans and targets.
