Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head – India who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an individual contributor role suited for a motivated self-starter who takes full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate should not depend on pre-qualified leads or support teams.
- The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of selling both services and products to clients across enterprise and mid-market segments. This role requires someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of building a strong pipeline through their networks, research, and outreach.
- The incumbent should be comfortable in an IC role and capable of managing a team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the India sales strategy and execution as an individual contributor
- Generate leads independently through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Build and manage a healthy, self-sourced pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership
