ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Join our Coty Emirates team as a Sales Graduate Trainee and drive sales performance while supporting our dedicated team of Beauty Advisors (our retail staff). This position offers a unique chance to work closely with leading beauty brands enhancing your leadership skills and building hands-on expertise in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sellout performance MTD and YTD per store and SKU. Consolidate daily sales from retail staff and track progress toward individual targets.
2. Field Supervision: Ensure that BAs adhere to company standards regarding scheduling discipline attitude and grooming through regular field checks.
3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with shop floor teams to gather data and insights that enhance performance.
4. Scheduling & App Utilization: Oversee BA scheduling and leverage the BA app to track individual performance metrics.
5. Competitive Analysis: Compile reports on competitor activities including BA presence visuals and in-store best practices.
6. Brand Image & Compliance: Ensure brand presentation aligns with company standards across stores.
7. Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on any maintenance requirements for each store location.

Candidate Qualifications:

1. A bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or a related field.
2. Strong interest in the beauty industry and retail operations.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
