You are a Sales Expert who would like to bring in his / her expertise in a market with big development potential? You want to help our business grow by winning new contracts and creating a solid network of partners? You go for every opportunity that you see in the market and try to turn it into a contract?

Our ideal candidate has experience in the Aluminum industry and knowledge of local alu producers.

Additionally, we are looking for :

  • Familiar with refractory solutions
  • Strong technical communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with engineers, purchasing teams, and plant managers.
  • Results-driven and motivated by winning new business.
  • English fluency is required
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset
  • Hands-on, proactive, and a self-starter.
  • A degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Business is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel about 50% of working time.

About the job

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the entire sales cycle for refractory products in the GCC aluminum sector — from identifying opportunities to ensuring timely payment collection.

  • As Sales Specialist you are responsible for Alu sales in the GCC region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Alu producers
  • Lead negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the value chain.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Where needed, you provide technical consultancy.
  • Manage sales forecasts, demand planning, and receivables to ensure a healthy pipeline and financial performance
