About the Role

As a Sales Executive, your mission is to spearhead the expansion of the company's client base by delving into the unique needs of potential customers and offering bespoke solutions with unmatched finesse. This role provides a rare opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned company while propelling your career to new heights. Please note that, at this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently based in the UAE and have sales experience for an events, tourism, insurance, immigration, or wedding planning company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to a large volume of inbound leads, understand client inquiries and propose the best packages/services in a personalized and timely manner
  • Propose the best wedding packages based on clients needs
  • Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new clients
  • Build long-term relationships with all current and potential clients
  • Prepare and submit regular sales plans and market analyses and reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and other goals set with their manager
  • Promote the company and its services to various channels including online and onsite events

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of sales experience in a wedding or events company
  • Proven experience and achievements as a sales professional in the events, tourism, or hospitality fields
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools
  • Prior experience working in related fields in the UAE or GCC markets
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate availability to join
