We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive Stationery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of stationery products to businesses and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for stationery products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate stationery products to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in stationery sales or a related industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
