Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for spare parts to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent communication and support to drive customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, addressing any supply chain issues proactively.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, assisting them in selecting the right spare parts for their needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyzing data to refine sales tactics and improve overall effectiveness.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of spare parts offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation in product sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the aftermarket or spare parts industry is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of automotive or industrial spare parts and their applications in relevant industries.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
