As a Sales Executive - Service Contract & Warranty, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of extended warranty and service contract products among C2C car buyers on Dubizzle. Your primary role will be to consult with potential customers over the phone, educate them on the value of protecting their vehicles, and close warranty or service contract sales. You will play a key part in our value-added services strategy, helping increase warranty penetration and enhancing post-purchase peace of mind for our C2C customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch extended warranty and service contract options to C2C car buyers.
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle details, usage, and needs, and recommend the most suitable warranty package.
  • Own the entire telesales cycle — from initial contact through deal closure to post-sale follow-up.
  • Present warranty and service contract offerings clearly over calls, via WhatsApp, and via email.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building rapport and addressing customer questions about coverage, exclusions, and claim processes.
  • Manage objections professionally and follow up proactively to ensure deal closure.
  • Coordinate with operations, warranty providers, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth activation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM for call outcomes, offers shared, and deals closed.
  • Share daily updates and insights with the team lead on common objections, package preferences, and conversion insights.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly service contract and warranty sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new warranty product updates.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve scripts, offers, and customer experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling extended warranties, service contracts, or protection plans within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in high-volume telesales or inside sales environments.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with the UAE automotive market and after-sales products.
  • Understanding of service contract coverage, exclusions, and claims processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage pipeline and time effectively & efficiently.
  • Target-oriented and strong closer;
