Job description

What you will do

A Sales Executive Security will be reporting directly to the Sales Director Control Security & Digital Solution GCC. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in UAE across the Security portfolio.

You will be concentrated on selling new construction jobs, growing our market share with existing and new clients in focused verticals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate profitable business. Your focus will be on technology-driven solutions including CCTV, Access Control System, Command Control Center Solution, Analytics, and other ELV solutions.

How you will do it

  • Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value propositions, high-quality proposals, and taking part in the tendering and bidding process which will be managed by the presales team.
  • Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls and leveraging your market understanding of our competitors' strategies, products, solutions, and services.
  • Focus on seeking and developing long-term customer relationships and be self-motivated to drive your territory growth.
  • Be determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Drive your business by ensuring 360-degree stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant, and End User levels that will result in higher winning rates and driving your plan.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Security Systems Sales in the UAE market.
  • Experience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment, and advising customers on solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Determined, results-driven, and strong sales drive.
  • Ability to deliver technical solution presentations.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
