Job Description

• Promote Water Pumps products in line with the company's standard sales strategies and literature.
• Visit or call management representatives at commercial, industrial, and other establishments to convince prospective clients to purchase Pumps products or services, generating business opportunities for the company.
• Interact with clients to establish good rapport, determine their needs, provide a clear interpretation of their requirements, explain and relate product benefits, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure that the customer service provided is of the highest quality and in line with company service standards.
• Influence and convince clients to purchase Pumps products. Provide technical expertise and services related to the use, operation, and maintenance of Pumps equipment. Draw up sales or service contracts for products or services.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to analyze and measure the quality of Pumps products and services for continuous improvement.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-related, or process-related topics concerning Pumps products.
• Review customer needs to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected sales increases. Propose changes in products, processes, or services that result in cost reduction or improvement in customer service.
• Act as a good ambassador of the company, projecting a positive image of the company externally, and collect information on market developments and competitor activities.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and information to the General Manager - channel Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the water pump industry.
• Should have a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong technical knowledge of water pump systems and applications.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
