• 2–3 years of sales experience in real estate or luxury hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokerages, property management firms, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads and secure opportunities for room nights, long-term stays, corporate housing, meetings, and events.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, presentations, and networking activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by hotel management.
• Negotiate and execute contracts in line with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the hotel's CRM.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering Sales, and Marketing to maximize revenue.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
• Represent The Ritz-Carlton at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Ensure all guest and client interactions reflect The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and Legendary Service.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Executive with Real Estate Background will be responsible for generating business opportunities and driving revenue through strategic partnerships with real estate developers, property management companies, brokers, and corporate clients. The position will focus on promoting hotel accommodations, long-stay packages, corporate housing solutions, events, meetings, and luxury hospitality services to the real estate sector and related markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokerage firms, property management companies, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads and secure business opportunities for room nights, long-term stays, corporate accommodations, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, presentations, and networking activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by hotel management.
• Negotiate and execute contracts in accordance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account management, and opportunities within the hotel's CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue generation.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
• Represent The Ritz-Carlton brand professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Ensure all guest and client interactions reflect The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and Legendary Service philosophy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within real estate, luxury hospitality, property development, or related industries.
• Strong network within the UAE real estate market is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and corporate business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
