Job Title: Sales Executive – Project Sales (Arabic Native)

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who is a native Arabic speaker with a strong background in project-based sales within the flooring or sports industry. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and established connections with government entities, schools, projects, and new developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive project-based sales targeting schools, universities, townhouses, projects, and new developments.
  2. Leverage existing relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Prepare and present compelling business plans and project presentations.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and technical departments to provide customized solutions.
  5. Utilize digital marketing channels to support sales efforts and lead generation.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with government offices and key stakeholders.
  7. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  1. Arabic native speaker with excellent fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  2. 3–5 years of proven experience in project sales, preferably within the flooring or sports infrastructure industry.
  3. Strong network of contacts in schools, government sectors, projects, and property developers.
  4. Educational qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  5. Solid technical background to understand and explain product specs and project requirements.
  6. Proficient in business planning, presentations, and reporting tools.
  7. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
  8. Valid UAE Driving License and owns a personal vehicle.

  2. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
