Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Printing and Packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of printing and packaging products and services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and packaging sector.
2. Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for growth.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
8. Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
9. Proven sales experience in the printing and/or packaging industry.
10. Strong understanding of packaging materials (e.g., paper, corrugated, flexible packaging) and printing techniques (e.g., offset, digital, flexo).
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
14. Dubai Driving License (Mandatory)

Preferred Attributes

1. Existing client network in FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage, or related sectors.
2. Familiarity with custom packaging design and product branding.
3. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
