Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in residential and commercial sectors.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Deliver professional service presentations and quotations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and client feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales. Experience in pest control, cleaning, or facility management is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confidence to meet clients and close deals. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
• Driving License: Not mandatory, but it’s a plus if available.
• Languages: English required; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Other: Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving results.
