Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and other Emirates.
Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites to promote products.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales support and inventory teams for order processing and deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product pricing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of outdoor sales experience in the building materials / construction / paints / tiles industry in the UAE.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent knowledge of local market and customer base.
Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
