ReflowX is a dynamic startup revolutionizing the surplus asset marketplace. We specialize in connecting buyers and sellers of new and surplus oil and gas equipment, including pipes, valves, OCTG, generators, turbines, and more. Our platform is designed to streamline the buying and selling process, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us grow our inventory and expand our reach.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in the oil and gas, energy industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an established network of industry contacts, and a deep understanding of the equipment and materials used in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source new and surplus oil and gas equipment (e.g., pipes, valves, OCTG, generators, turbines) to be listed on the ReflowX platform.
  • Leverage your existing network and industry contacts to identify potential sellers and buyers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and grow the company’s inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and demand for oil and gas equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and improve platform offerings.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales , specifically in the industry or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of OCTG , steel pipe grades , and their applications.
  • Established client network in the GCC region , particularly in the oil and gas and energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market rates and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
